Yummy Stuff

If there's anything I love about the holidays, it's all the great food. As featured in the November issue of my newsletter, The Privateer Newsletter, the greatest find I've tasted this holiday are the amazing Triple Layer Brownies. These brownies are so rich and decadent, one pan lasts for days. They are beautiful to look at and so easy to make.

Check the recipe below, and if you're not a subscriber to my newsletter, take a few moments and sign up!

TRIPLE LAYER BROWNIES
by Dawn White, Georgia, USA

1 large box of Brownie mix (for a 9X13 pan)

1 bag of miniature marshmallows

1 tablespoon of melted butter

1 cup of creamy peanut butter

1 ½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 ½ cups of crisp rice cereal (Rice Krispies)

Bake brownies as directed. Three minutes before baking time ends, remove brownies and sprinkle miniature marshmallows over the top. Return to oven for 3 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. While cooling, melt butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips in saucepan on medium-low heat. Stir until smooth. Stir in crisp rice cereal. Pour over marshmallow-covered brownies and spread smooth. Cool and store in refrigerator. Cool completely before cutting.
