This month's recipe is a great summer treat, easy to make and very tasty. A peanut butter choco smoothie satisfies any sweet craving and supplies lots of energy. It's a very flexible list of ingredients that could even hide some greens if you need to work some into your diet. This smoothie is my new favorite this month and definitely a keeper. Peanut Butter Choco Smoothie
1 1/2 cups of chocolate almond milk
1/2 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of peanut butter
2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup (or honey)
1 cup of ice
Pinch of sea salt
Blend until smooth. Serves 2.
