“Faith is now in my DNA, my very bones."
With family saying goodbye to our dad.
Hey Ya'll!
A dangerous layer of snow and ice smothered
the lawn for the first time in seven years last night. Can you believe
we have a new year already? It’s been a monumental start here. I barely
made it home after what turned out to be an extra long trip bringing my
mother back from Kentucky. Sadly, my dad passed away a couple weeks ago,
and we are up to our necks in change and uncertainty. He suffered
beyond belief over the past 20 years, and I am grateful he’s no longer
in pain and at peace now.
From the Writing Desk
As you
can imagine, there’s been little writing between the holidays and an
unexpected funeral. I am still working on historical and women’s fiction
and preparing to launch preorder news for this spring’s release, Winning Over The Baker.
The next few weeks will be the aforementioned projects’ edits, as well
as returning to work on my next inspirational romance of which I'm
awaiting the contract (if accepted) from Love Inspired.
If you are an experienced reviewer or beta reader and interested in beta reading a historical short romance, please contact me here.

So long for now...
Thank you for reading my news and for
the kindness offered on social media after my dad’s passing. Stay tuned
for more updates and early preview copies of my next release. I wish
you a cozy January with exciting dreams and plans of days to come.
Warmly,
Danielle Thorne
