"All morning it has been raining.
In the language of the garden, this is happiness.”
―Mary Oliver
Hey Ya'll!
I
hope you’ve had a great “spring fling”. I just returned from Kentucky
and seeing my mother who turned 80 years old this past weekend. What a
milestone. I would be lucky to turnout and to endure half as well as my
mom. She may have been born and raised in Chicago, but she is a true
lady, and the South is lucky to have her. I wasn’t blessed with
everything I needed in my early life, but God gave me a good momma.

From the Writing Desk
Historical Romance News:
I’ve hinted on social media, but you heard it first here: I am
releasing a short story historical romance collection this summer! These
books will include classic regency, pirating, perhaps a trip to the
Scottish highlands, and more. The first series will be set on the coast
of Cornwall and feature 3 to 5 books. The series title is coming soon.
And good news: They will be priced at .99 and newsletter subscribers
will receive the first story free!
Love Inspired Inspirational Romance News: As you know, The Beekeeper Next Door releases June 25th
and that’s only weeks away. Reviewers have been notified, and I am
working on getting those advance copies out. Also, I’m happy to share
with you that the book cover for my October release is finished! Sandra
Bullock was the inspiration for this career woman comes home romance,
and I absolutely loved writing it. A Guardian Till Christmas has a lot of humor in it—and pain. Sometimes loss is the catalyst for the best changes in us. Check out the final cover below!
