Blueberry Promises and March Madness Sale

Hey Ya'll!
Do you love blueberries? There are pink buds on my blueberry bushes so I'm feeling hopeful for a beautiful spring and no more freeze warnings. It feels like it's been a long month, but we have marched into March, so I hope by now the sun is shining down on you and warming your bones and heart.

Last year's haul.

Cheers to those of you blessed with the luck of the Irish. I've only one family line from Ireland, but everyone is entitled to springtime and good fortune so Happy St. Patrick's Day! I happen to like cabbage a lot so it's not usual to find it on the table around here, but if you're new to it, try some Cabbage Roll Soup or perhaps cooking it the southern way—fried with bacon and onions and a little water until it's soft and melts in your mouth.

From the Writing Desk
She mistakes him for a pirate. Can you imagine a worse way to be introduced to someone? This past month I've been working on my next historical. Spoiler alert! The title is: A Most Improper Introduction. Watch for the cover reveal next month. I'm trying to sit on it as long as I can until I get some good quotes to share which means… edits!

Sales have dropped which is normal in late winter for me, but I'm looking forward to spring reads and new readers and sharing my coming soon projects. This summer will see a mountain mama fall for a football coach (Remember my Bear Hollow project?) and I'm still waiting to hear back from HQ about my latest inspirational set in Georgia. Until then, it's sails, pirates, and romance in the West Indies when my fingers hit the keyboard.

Check out these new releases or books on sale!

Ta-Ta for Now

Thanks for reading my newsletter and books. I appreciate the reviews for Georgia Bride and all of your support. Don't forget to share my books with your historical and inspirational reader friends, and let's keep in touch on social media. Have a great month!

Warmly,

Danielle Thorne
