Tornado Touchdown & Historical Romance Sneak Peek!

 "The ability to yield, to bend, to give way, to accommodate, he said, was sometimes a source of strength in men as well as in wood, so long as it was helmed by inner resolve and by principle."

  -Daniel James Brown;
The Boys in the Boat

Hey Ya'll!
The pollen has arrived. Blankets and blankets of pollen have fallen over Georgia this month, but the worst is over. You know when you dust, and the cloth turns yellow, it's time to change filters and take those antihistamines.

In other news, our county was hit by a tornado this month which destroyed the historical homes in Newnan and neighborhoods within five miles around us. Unity and compassion have infiltrated our communities and it's a wonderful thing although it's still heartbreaking to see people lose homes and cars. Rob and I feel deep gratitude for our safety and have been volunteering and donating where and when we can. Spring has definitely started out with a bang!
From the Writing Desk
I finished the first draft of my next historical romance this month, and I'm excited to reveal the cover to you now. This story takes place in early St. Kitts when it was called St. Christopher's. Yes, there are pirates, and yes, it's an exciting clean and wholesome romance!

The book should be ready this late summer, but won't be available for pre-order. What do you think?

Check out these new releases or books on sale!
